Emmanuel Ihemedu, PhD, NCC, Chaplain & Assistant Professor University of Saint Joseph, a 2018 graduate of Educational Psychology’s Counselor Educator and Counseling Psychology PhD program, has been named one of the 5 Finalists for The Professional Counselor’s 2019 Dissertation Excellence Award.
