The Department of Educational Psychology is pleased to welcome three new professors: Dr. Devin Kearns, Special Education; Dr. Noel Card, Measurement, Evaluation, and Learning Technology; and Dr. Erik Hines, Counseling. We are also excited that Dr. Jonathan Plucker is now an EPSY faculty member in gifted and talented education.
